Everyone in this life is fighting a battle; the flamboyant businessmen you look up to are having sleepless nights and unhappy wives, that beautiful model you want to be like, has to go without meals to get the good deals that can pay her bills, that socialite you want to be like sold everything she had to have what she has. The list is endless. plato Don’t be so judgmental, just because you said hi and he/she din’t respond doesn’t mean they are arrogant or they think highly of themselves, maybe they are just caught in thoughts….. It’s a crazy world. So if someone does not smile at you, be generous and offer your own smile. Nobody needs a smile more than the one that cannot smile to others. Maybe they felt inferior and worthless or superior and important. Nevertheless it had an impact on him/her. You might despise someone because you are the boss today or even a rank higher but remember growth is not static and that speaking with kindness creates confidence, thinking with kindness creates profoundness, giving with kindness creates love.
