Maybe they felt inferior and worthless or superior and important. Nevertheless it had an impact on him/her. You might despise someone because you are the boss today or even a rank higher but remember growth is not static and that speaking with kindness creates confidence, thinking with kindness creates profoundness, giving with kindness creates love.
